Facilities Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Facilities Assistant to join our busy multi disciplinary law practice.  The post will consist of administrative and practical duties to ensure the smooth maintenance of our four offices, while also assisting in our thriving leasing department.

The ideal candidate will require excellent organisational and practical problem solving skills to handle a broad range of duties, which are to include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Processing and distributing incoming, outgoing and internal mail, as well as deliveries around the city and beyond as required.
  • Maintaining firm fleet vehicles.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
  • Organising annual services etc to central heating systems, electrical and gas safety checks and security systems within all offices.
  • Assisting the leasing department with routine visits to let/vacant properties and preparation of associated inspection reports.
  • General office housekeeping and building maintenance.

Full training will be given, but proficiency with Outlook and Word Microsoft Packages is essential, along with a full driving license.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
