From the communal hall the entrance door to the apartment opens into the welcoming reception hall. Of neutral decoration, there is a range of coat hooks and the handset for the security entry system. A cupboard accessible from the hall houses a wooden shelf and the hot water cylinder.

Overlooking the property frontage, the kitchen is well equipped with a range of base and wall units which also incorporate glazed display cabinetry. Granite effect roll top work surfaces incorporate a 4 ring gas hob with extractor fan above, in addition to a stainless steel sink with drainer. Within the kitchen there is an integrated undercounter fridge and oven, in addition to a combination washing machine/drier. A large full height cupboard with sliding panel doors conceals a range of shelving and the electricity and gas meters. Fitted with lighting, this is also where the freezer is located. The kitchen also allows access to the central heating boiler, while being fitted with vinyl wood effect flooring and of neutral decoration.

The lounge/dining room is a versatile living space with twin windows overlooking the front of the building. Of pleasant décor to complement the laminate wood effect flooring, there is ample space available for freestanding items of furniture, making this an ideal room for relaxation or formal entertaining.

Double bedrooms one and two are both well proportioned rooms of neutral decoration and carpeting. Overlooking the communal grounds to the rear, both bedrooms benefit from double fitted wardrobes with sliding mirrored door panels which provide shelf and hanging space.

Completing the living accommodation is the bathroom. Tiled around the suite and fitted with vinyl flooring, the bathroom features a three piece suite with electric shower appliance over the bath. The wash hand basin is set within an attractive grey gloss vanity unit, with matching overhead cabinet with inset panel mirror.

Situated within the popular Millside development within Peterculter, the property is located amidst well established and maintained communal garden areas with green spaces and mature trees.
