The entrance door leads into the vestibule which is fitted with coat hooks and coarse carpeting. A partially glazed door opens into the welcoming T-shaped reception hall. Of immaculate décor and white laminate wood effect flooring, a double fitted cupboard provides an abundance of shelf and hanging space, while the airing cupboard is fitted with wooden shelving and houses the hot water cylinder. A ceiling hatch gives access to the attic space via a folding ladder.

The lounge benefits from neutral styling to complement the white laminate wood effect flooring. With ample space available for freestanding furniture, a large window allows for plenty of natural light and views across the property frontage.

A glazed door from the reception hall leads into the well appointed kitchen which overlooks the side of the property via a deep silled window. Fitted with a range of white base and wall units, an L-shaped granite effect roll top worksurface with contrasting splashback incorporates a composite 1.5 sink with drainer. Within the kitchen there is a freestanding oven/grill with 4 ring electric hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Overlooking the property frontage is the light and peaceful double bedroom. Decorated in soothing pastel tones to complement the white laminate wood effect flooring, the bedroom benefits from a fitted double wardrobe with sliding mirrored panels which provides both shelf and hanging space.

Completing the living accommodation is the contemporary shower room. Fitted with a white two piece suite, the walk in double shower enclosure houses an electric shower appliance while also being fitted with textured aqua panelling. Further features include a mirrored cabinet and chrome towel rail.

Outside

To the side of the bungalow there is a well maintained garden area which is laid with a paved pathway and includes an established range of flowering plants and shrubs. To the opposite side of the property a paved pathway leads to an exclusive area of garden which is laid with gravel stone chips and includes a rotary clothes dryer and outdoor storage box. To the front of the property there are large areas of lawn interspersed with mature trees.

Fixtures and fittings

All floor coverings, curtains, blinds, and light fitments will be included in the sale, apart from the curtains and light fitting in the bedroom. The white appliances within the kitchen will remain.
