The dining kitchen which benefits from a triple aspect is fitted with a good range of wood effect base and wall units with complementing worktops and tiled splashback.  Integrated appliances comprise electric hob, double oven and space for a free standing  under counter fridge.  Fitted seating with storage below has been thoughtfully placed below the bay window of the dining area and a table provides a place for dining and offers extra storage below.

Conveniently located adjacent to the dining kitchen is the utility room, which offers further fitted storage which conceals the electricity circuit breaker, there is a sink and work top.  The room has space free standing white goods, and gives access to a cloakroom WC comprising WC, wash hand basin and extractor fan.  A hatch with drop down ladder gives access to a spacious attic which may be suitable for conversion subject to consent.  A door from the utility room leads out to the driveway next to the car port.

Also accessed off the main hallway, is a dual aspect lounge with large south facing windows and open multi fuel fire set in a marble surround. The room offers ample space for free standing furnishings including a table and chairs.  Glazed sliding doors then connect to a sun room which is suitable for use in a variety of ways, depending on the needs of the occupier.  This southwest facing room leads out to the garden and is ideally placed to benefit from sun light during the day and into the evening.

Belferrar has four bedrooms, three are double rooms and one is a generous single.  All four of the bedrooms benefit from fitted storage and the principal bedroom is served by an en-suite WC with sink with storage below, illuminated mirror above and shaver point to the side.  The en-suite also has a bidet, WC and window.

A smart, modern family bathroom completes the accommodation.  Fitted with a corner bath, large shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin, a shelved cupboard, heated towel radiator, shaver point, extractor fan and window.
