Hayley joined Mackinnons as a consultant in January 2019. Having founded and led respected north east Specialist Law Firm Proactive Employment Lawyers for two decades, she brings her own expertise and proactive approach with her to the Employment Team.

Hayley has considerable experience in advising employers around redundancy and also the management of employee performance. She has delivered employment law and management training throughout the UK and is an Accredited Mediator through Core Solutions.
