A hardwood entrance door leads into the welcoming reception hall. The location offers easy access to Robert Gordon University, Asda Shopping Centre and Aberdeen City Centre, in addition to the industrial estates in Altens and to the South of the city. There are an abundance of leisure pursuits available locally and further afield, while walks along the nearby River Dee and Duthie Park attract many visitors.
