The hardwood entrance door is located to the side of the property and leads into the welcoming reception hall. Fully carpeted, a fitted cupboard with louvre doors provides space for outdoor clothing and footwear, while there is also a further corner storage unit with deep sill next to the entrance door.
A 15 pane Georgian style door leads into the spacious lounge/dining room which spans the width of the property. Overlooking the property frontage via twin windows and with a further window to the rear, this versatile living area is fully carpeted and provides ample accommodation for free-standing furniture. To one side of the room is the open grate fire with alcoves to either side which have been fitted with half height cupboards. To the opposite side of the room there are alcoves with display lighting. Central to the room is the striking open tread staircase which leads to the first floor accommodation.
Returning to the reception hall, a door leads into the attractive kitchen. Featuring a good range of shaker style base and wall units with aqua panelled splashbacks, the solid wood work surface incorporates a stainless steel sink with drainer. Within the kitchen there is a freestanding oven/grill with four ring electric hob, slimline dishwasher and undercounter washing machine/tumble dryer. The kitchen enjoys views and access to the rear garden.
Double bedroom one is situated on the ground floor overlooking the rear garden via a large square bay window. A further elevated window provides lots of natural light, while the room itself provides ample space for freestanding furniture. Elevated cupboards provide storage space.
Completing the ground floor accommodation is the well appointed shower room. Fully aqua panelled with an elevated window incorporating an extractor fan, the shower room includes a white two piece suite and a shower enclosure housing a mains shower appliance with sliding glazed door.
Ascending the staircase to the first floor, there is the bright carpeted landing. Double bedroom two is a well proportioned room of neutral decoration with dual aspect views to the front and rear. A fitted double wardrobe with sliding mirrored door panels provides storage facilities. Bedroom three overlooks the property frontage and would be equally suitable as a nursery or home office depending on the purchaser’s requirements.
Completing the accommodation is the bathroom. Inclusive of a three piece suite, there is also an electric shower appliance over the bath with a folding shower screen. An elevated deep silled window provides natural light.
Outside
A paved pathway leads to the entrance door and also into the well established garden which lies to the rear. Mostly laid to lawn with a paved patio area, mature plants and trees line the garden borders while there is also a raised bed laid to bark. The timber shed is to remain, while there is also parking available to the south east of the garden.
Fixtures and fittings
All carpets, curtains, blinds, light fittings and kitchen appliances will remain. The timber shed will also be included within the sale.
