To the other side of the dining room, centrally positioned at the rear of the property is the dining kitchen.  Another room of ample proportions it is fitted with a good range of medium wood effect base and wall units with contrasting work tops and coloured tiled splashbacks.  Integrated appliances comprise electric hob with double oven below and extractor fan above, dishwasher and there is space for a free-standing fridge and shelf for a microwave.

From the dining kitchen, a door leads to the utility room which offers additional base and wall storage, a work surface, stainless steel sink and draining board, space for free standing white goods and a door out to the rear garden.
