Peterculter Retirement Park is a thriving development offering a variety of modern, stylish villas for persons over the age of 55. The land is owned by Alpha Land Ltd, a family run business, and there will be approximately 100 permanent homes on site once completed. The remaining properties will be sold under the Mobile Homes Act 1983.

Each villa is constructed by Stately Albion, Europe’s oldest manufacturer of park homes, to the residential standard BS3632. All homes built to this standard are required to be highly energy efficient and come with a long-term structural warranty. In addition, all Stately Albion Residential Park Homes come with a 10 year Gold Shield warranty. Gold Shield provides the home with protection for 10 years against any major inherent structural defects.

All villas are fitted with double glazing, gas central heating (LPG), furniture, flooring and window dressings. Many of the villas also include luxurious features such as Porcelanosa tiles, rain effect showers, granite worktops and integrated appliances. Each villa will have its own allocated area of garden, a parking space and shed.

The “Goodwood” house type is a spacious and well appointed home featuring quality fixtures and fittings. The well equipped and modern kitchen is fully fitted and includes a range of quality appliances, while the principal bedroom features hardwood furniture, a spacious walk in wardrobe and en suite shower room. Bay windows and patio doors allow for lots of natural light.
