Annual Employment Tribunal Statistics Published

The annual statistics for the Employment Tribunal Service for the year 1st April 2011 to 31st March 2012 have been reported showing a 15% drop in claims. In total, 186,300 claims were lodged in 2011/2012 with 31% of these relating to unfair dismissal, 29% to the Working Time Regulations and 16% to unauthorised deductions from wages.
