Cautious optimism returning to the market?
The Aberdeen Solicitors' Property Centre has published the latest statistics for the third quarter of 2021 relating to the Aberdeen Housing Market. An encouraging read as we head into the darker winter months, the report details a steady improvement on previous years, with market conditions slowly becoming more favourable to sellers. At Mackinnons we certainly hope this trend continues into Q4 and onwards into 2022.
